Please note that only competitors with New Zealand permanent residency or citizenship are eligible for the New Zealand national titles.

Please select your age category, based on your age as of 06 March 2026 (day 1 of the event).

EVENTS

The early bird entry fee for the full competition (sprints, tech racing and distance racing) in either the Elite Championship division or the Challenger series is just $90 for adults, and $35 total for U19 youths whether they enter 1, 2 or 3 events. Adult (O19) students in full-time education get 10% off.

If you do not wish to enter all three events, you can choose to enter one ($35) or two ($70) individual events.

Please note that these prices will increase to $120 for the full series, or $50 for one event, $90 for two events, as of 1 Jan. Get your entry in now to save $$$$!.

Please select which race fleet you wish to enter. Please read the notice of race with regard to the requirements for each fleet. It is strongly recommended that only the very best and accomplished paddlers enter the Elite Championship events, as the racing for this fleet may well be held in challenging conditions.

The Challenger 12'6 division is for paddlers using a board that conforms to the measurements of the NZ SUP 12'6 inflatable raceboard class.

The Challenger Cruisers division is for those not on raceboards. So if your board is under 12'6 (any construction) and not designed specifically as a raceboard, then this is your division.

Selecting a division will automatically populate the selection boxes below for the three days. If you are not intending to enter all three days then select 'not entering' for the appropriate days.

It is permissible to mix and match, ie enter challenger sprints and technical but opt for the championship 10km distance race. However, to get an overall ranking in a series you will need to compete in all three disciplines within that series.

All competitors will receive an event teeshirt as part of their entry fee. Mens and womens shirts will differ in cut and color design. Please indicate the size required. (We cannot guarantee to be able to supply exact sizes as the shirts have to be ordered prior to the event. Sizes will be distributed in order of entry date, so get your entry in early if you want to be sure of getting the right size of shirt!)
